Service Agreement
By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. GATI Packers and Movers will provide relocation services as per the agreed quotation and service description.
Booking and Payment
- A booking confirmation requires advance payment as specified in the quote
- Full payment must be completed before or upon delivery as per agreement
- Prices quoted are valid for 15 days from the date of quotation
- Additional charges may apply for services beyond the agreed scope
- Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, or online methods
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate inventory and address details
- Ensure access to pickup and delivery locations
- Declare valuable, fragile, or prohibited items in advance
- Obtain necessary permissions for moving in residential complexes
- Be present or authorize a representative during pickup and delivery
Insurance and Liability
- Transit insurance is available and recommended for all customers
- Without insurance, liability is limited as per standard industry norms
- Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- We are not liable for damages to improperly packed items if packing was not done by us
- Force majeure events are excluded from liability claims
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations made 48 hours before scheduled move: Full refund of advance
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% of advance refunded
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges
Prohibited Items
We do not transport:
- Hazardous materials, explosives, or flammable substances
- Illegal items, weapons, or narcotics
- Cash, jewelry, or precious stones (unless properly declared and insured)
- Perishable food items
- Plants, pets, or living organisms
Delivery Timeline
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather, traffic, or regulatory issues. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts.
